Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, the reserved time slot is dedicated exclusively for your recording session.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Studio becomes unavailable due to technical issues.
- Booking is canceled within the allowed cancellation period.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The client fails to attend the scheduled session.
- The client cancels at the last minute.
- The session has already been completed.
Processing Time
If approved, refunds may take 5–7 business days to process.
