Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances: The project has not been started by our team after receiving advance payment. The service delivered is completely different from what was agreed upon in the project scope. A technical error on our part caused a failure to deliver the service within the committed timeline. Duplicate payments made by mistake will be fully refunded.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases: Change of mind after the project has started. Delay in project delivery due to client-side communication gaps or delay in providing content, images, or approvals. Services that are fully delivered and approved by the client. Monthly services such as SEO, social media marketing, or website maintenance after the service period has begun. Custom web/app/software development where substantial resources and time have already been invested.

Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, please: Email us at support@rgstartup.com with your full name, contact details, and project information. Clearly mention the reason for requesting a refund. Attach any relevant proof (communication or documents) supporting your request. All refund requests are reviewed within 7-10 business days, and our team will contact you for further clarification if needed.

Mode of Refund

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

Cancellation Policy

After Project Start: Partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed. Monthly Services: Cancellations for ongoing services must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
